Hi! I’m Jessica Stadler, and I am the Influencer Marketing & Social Media Manager at HJ-PR. Here are some fun details about me! I was born and raised in San Diego, lived in Chicago for 4.5 years to enjoy some real weather and city life, and then moved to Tampa 2 years ago. I started a women entrepreneurs community that allowed me to speak on my back story in the entrepreneur world as well as teach on why embracing fear will help you grow in your business. I used to be afraid of public speaking and now I look for it at any chance I can. I love building connections and collaborations with other people which is why handling all of our influencer connections is my favorite piece of my work. I love the mix of sales and creative marketing that I get to experience on a daily basis! You will find me always jumping into my work because I love it with a passion, but I also love adventures and being spontaneous with finding new places to experience in this world!
Here are some fun fill-in-the-blank questions:
In another life, I’m pretty sure I was an otter or dolphin. I have a strong love for water, I’m very playful and always curious about the next adventure.
If I won the lottery tomorrow, I’d use the money to buy my parents a retirement home in their favorite location, and then invest the rest of it.
The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is to not take life so serious. Something both of my parents always share with me. Life is going to have ups and downs; but laughter and perspective will allow everything to be enjoyed with the specific time we have here. I love viewing life this way so I can fully enjoy every second of it. Fully.
If I could invent a holiday, it would definitely involve tequila, dancing, and having a “yes” day which means saying yes to any fun adventure/spontaneous moment.
What advice would you give a candidate who wants to join our team of superstars? Don’t be afraid to ask if you can work a specific role that is your zone of genius and strength. I love that our team is always learning but we are super efficient and have power in our tasks because we all work in our strong roles.
If I weren’t so damn good at my job, I’d probably be a professional dancer. I grew up dancing and wish I had stuck with it because If I did then I would have gone that route in my career.
Cats or dogs? Dogs!!! I do love SOME cats; but dog person all the way. At some point; I want to get one that will be a good size to bring with me when I travel.
My favorite word in the English language is literally. Haha because I literally feel like I say it all the time. 😉
What’s the most inspiring part of your job? Being able to work with such a beautiful team. We all cheer each other on, allow ourselves to work in our strengths, and are there for each other as a team to get the job done!
The most important thing I learned before high school was family is not just blood-related but more about the people you meet that become family because of the experiences you do together.
If I were a superhero, my superpower would be to hear the thoughts of the bad guys so I can be 5 steps ahead of them to save the day.
When I was 5, I was pretty sure I’d be a singer. Funny enough… I’m terrified to even karaoke.
If you were a pasta shape, what shape would you be and why? I’d be a Fusilli Bucati because I’m always aiming to flow with life and go with the flow in general.
